I have been a Yours By Design customer with a service contract for nearly a decade. In winter they have done our furnace installation and all of our heating maintenance and in the summer they take care of our ac and refrigeration needs. There have been a few bumps along the way, but they have always made things right. Our 2003 central ac unit died a few weeks ago and they immediately got out an ac contractor. As usual, the technician was polite and professional but the condenser just wasn’t going to work again. They were able to do an air conditioning installation for me only 2 days later. The ac installation techs were capable and hard working and had everything cleaned up in just a few hours. The new AC is working beautifully. It’s no fun to lay out a bunch of money but it’s comforting to know Yours By Design is backing it up with top notch service and competence.
